The following information is usually required during the loan process:

• Pay stubs for the past 30 days
• Tax returns for the last  two years
• W-2's for the last 2 years
• Bank statements for the past two months
• Investment account statements for the past two months
• Retirement account statements for the past two months
• Copy of all borrowers' drivers licenses

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Copy of the most recent mortgage statement on each property
• Home owner's insurance declaration page and property tax bill on each property.
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
